The need to pressure test products and components spans many industries.  Pressure testing includes seal extrusion resistance (testing to failure), low temperature sealability, and equipment specific procedures for performance envelope development.  Many industry standards detail pressure testing requirements such as API 6A and API 11D1.  Alpine Polytech is equipped to handle liquid and gas pressure testing from vacuum to 40,000+ psi with temperatures ranging from cryogenic to 400°C+.  Alpine has pressure vessels on hand to allow for pressurizing external to equipment.  Computer based data acquisition and control systems at Alpine allow for controlled pressurization and depressurization rates as well as programmed cyclical testing of pressure and temperature.
